You dream of a healthy life as before … because now you see some gray hair on your head, lines on your face, your hands and in our bodies to see …. Here are a few things to observe when a person over 40 years in the fifties …I’ve always somebody to ask me, “Miss Wong, you can not grow a little older … you look like before!” Most of my students tell me when we met everywhere. I smiled at them, “maybe I’m old 10 years ago … and they will burst out laughing too hard to add that I was joking as usual.Well, nothing is the same, change is the only constant. It all depends on how we see things and how we take things as. Beauty not just skin deep. Beauty from within is what a person warmth, character and personality radiates.Why am I so concerned? I always convince myself that I was happy that I was exposed to holistic health when I was 17. I have seen and felt an overwhelming need to stay healthy all the time, at all ages. I have experienced and felt the pain, despair and needs we at least know and learn the basics of taking care of yourself.Let us see how a good health check after 40, here are a few important things that people over 40 should do and know.
